Suzy Kolber (born Suzanne Lisa Kolber) was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on May 14, 1964. Her parents are Jewish. Suzy Kolber, who is now 58. Sandra Kolber's mother has the name of Gene Kolber. In 1982, she graduated from Upper Dublin High School and Sandy Run Middle School. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in telecommunications in 1986 at the University of Miami. In her first year of college she was hired to the post of sports director with Dynamic located in Coral Gables Florida. Moreover, she worked there from 1984-1986 for two full time. She was also a member of the University of Miami water skiing team in this period. Following her graduation from high school, she moved on a trip to New York City and began taking improv lessons at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. In the Tisch School of the Arts of New York University she studied the film and television production. When she was 20 years old, she had an injury to her brain that resulted in temporary expressive aphasia (a deficiency in the expression and comprehension of language).
