Annie Mist Thorisdottir is a CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She is the owner and operator of Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, in which she coaches athletes. Annie has been the first female ever to win CrossFit Games on two occasions. Annie was second at the CrossFit Games in 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir from Iceland is a weightlifter and also an Icelandic CrossFit athlete and celebrity anchor on the media. She became famous for becoming the first female to win been awarded two CrossFit Games, in 2011 as well as 2012. The other accomplishments she has achieved include winning Dubai Fitness Contests in 2017 and 2013. Annie together with her parents and siblings was born in Reykjavik Iceland. Her dominating performances made her a winner of the title. Annie took home another gold medal at her place in the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her outstanding performance. She was the first female athlete to be crowned the winner of at least two CrossFit Games at once. Additionally, she won a medal of silver in 2014 and the bronze medal at CrossFit Games in 2021. Today, Annie works as a trainer and coach in Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. As she has gained more recognition as an athlete, Annie has become a celebrity of various sports brands including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization, Nuun Hydration Sidekicks Yerbae and many others. A few thousand people subscribe to her own Youtube Channel, where she publishes training videos, family videos along with travel vlogs.
